In Part 2 of our interview with Fitness Coach and Culinary Nutritionist Ms Marla Shoom, we focus on nutrition, specifically for women over the age of 50.
         As Marla pointed out in our last podcast, fitness over 50 is a "whole new ballgame" - the same holds true with respect to nutrition.
          Marla addresses  nutritional deficiencies that she observes with her own clients and presents simple advice that revolves around 'BALANCE'.
           Marla believes in abundance, not deprivation.  But it is necessary to understand what and why we eat (or don't eat) to then create a sustainable, generous meal plan specific to our unique body type. LISTEN , LEARN AND ENJOY!
