As we age our body demands different things with respect to fitness and nutrition.  In today's episode we focus on fitness and in Part 2 we will delve into nutrition with our special guest 
Ms Marla Shoom-a fitness and nutrition coach.
     As Marla explains, fitness after the age of 50 is a whole new ball game and it is crucial to start listening to our bodies, while still challenging ourselves.  
     It is about the JOY OF MOVEMENT- finding your personal fitness goal and pursuing it with enthusiasm!!
     We all want to age gracefully and enjoy a high quality of life, and Marla takes a holistic view of fitness programs suited to each individual, emphasizing the need for BALANCE  and self awareness.
